Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Remedy Diary (operated by Klara Agostino), governing your use of the Remedy Diary application. By accessing or using Remedy Diary you agree to these terms. If you disagree please discontinue use immediately.

Remedy Diary is a personal homeopathic remedy tracking application that allows users to record family members, track health issues and remedies, log daily doses, write progress diary entries, attach photos and generate reports to share with their homeopathic practitioner.

Remedy Diary is a personal tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified homeopathic practitioner or healthcare professional regarding health decisions. Information tracked in Remedy Diary is for personal record keeping purposes only.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@klaradev.app.

Remedy Diary offers a 14 day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial your account moves to the free tier with limited features. To access premium features you must subscribe to a paid plan. Subscription plans are available monthly at $3.99 USD or annually at $29.99 USD.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already made. All sales are final.

You agree not to:

• Enter false or misleading health information
• Use the platform to provide medical diagnosis or replace professional medical advice
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Remedy Diary including photos and diary entries. All content is private and only accessible by you. By uploading content you grant Remedy Diary a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Your use of Remedy Diary is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app you agree to our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law Remedy Diary's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Remedy Diary and all its content, features and functionality are owned by [Your Legal Name] trading as Remedy Diary. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will first be subject to 30 days of informal negotiation. If unresolved disputes will proceed to arbitration in Sydney, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and by prominent notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
